Description

Managing responsibilities and the various demands placed  upon us can wear the most organized person down, at work and at  home.  This session will provide tools to establish what is important to you in order to maintain work and lifestyle balance,  as well as identify differences between urgency and importance when setting priorities and organizing responsibilities. By using strategies to tackle procrastination, plan wisely, and stay focused, you will be on the way to greater work and life satisfaction. 


Overview

This 1-day course is an introduction to time management theory, tools and techniques that can be applied in any work environment.  Course participants will develop skills and obtain knowledge on how to plan, manage and deliver results in work environments that have increasingly high demands on our time.
