A graduation ceremony was held June 2011 to celebrate the completion of the PSLD program for the third cohort. Twenty-six participants from the Federal and Provincial governments participated in the year long program. The students participated in one module a month on topics such as Strategic Communication, Team Building, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Managing Change and Strategic Thinking, Planning and Execution.
