Description

The Manager is the Medium™ is a strategic communications program geared specifically toward helping leaders, managers and supervisors learn how to communicate more effectively with their teams and to assisting management teams improve their internal communications skills.  It helps by teaching managers how to apply strategic thinking to the whole communications process.

Through a combination of exercises and practical hands-on experience, participants will:

• discover the personal and organizational value of effective two-way communications
• learn the principles of strategic communication and how to apply them
• develop an entirely new understanding of the nature of the various communications tools and tactics available to them and how to select and use them strategically, and, learn how to implement a Communications Covenant© -- the foundation on which they will build improved relationships with work teams and individual team members, internal customers and superiors.
