Roxanne Carter-Thompson and Kirstin Lund combine their experience in conflict resolution and adventure based facilitation to bring participants a unique opportunity to experience the role they each play in group problem solving. Kirstin has been a mediator, facilitator and conflict resolution trainer since she left the practice of law in 1996. Roxanne is the Executive Director of the Adventure Group, a pioneer organization in the area of adventure based programming in Atlantic Canada, and has worked in adventure based programming since 1993. Roxanne is a graduate of UPEI’s Centre for Conflict Resolution Studies. Together they have facilitated adventure based programs designed to create greater self awareness for community, government and corporate sectors for more than a dozen years.
