The Key to Resolving Conflict: Moving from Positions to Interests

Do you want to learn the secret to resolving conflict and repairing relationships?

At the heart of creative conflict resolving is the ability to get beneath the rigid positions that people in conflict often take. The challenging art of finding the often hidden and unrecognized needs and values (interests) of the parties in conflict is the key to unlocking impasse and opening creative, mutually satisfying possibilities.
